Casa Tucan Hotel Playa del Carmen

The reason we enjoyed it was good location and staff. Our room had an extra large bed and an ABSOLUTELY SUPERB view. Shopping hotel in a cozy area of Playa del Carmen. Easy check-in, late check-out.

Superb service, bright room, large bed

We were there for 2 days, everything was superb, loved its prime location next to the beach. Lovely breakfast, outstanding service.

The weather was warm, had fun stay. Staff and rooms were OK, I enjoyed it. Spacious bedroom, amazing bed. There also was easy to access parking and lovely pool...

Staff was sincere, room was gorgeous, service was polite. Excellent view of ocean front. And the bed was cozy. Fairly clean and quirky hotel in Centro district.

near to the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. plenty of food for breakfast including coffee, eggs and fruit.

Balcony was a bonus. Los Gaxpachos, where you can eat, is walking distance to the hotel. Excellent base for a 7-night stay.

Well, poor water pressure.
